Egy magyarországi kisvárosban születtem New York Citytől 7348 km-re.

A főiskola után  (1976) főleg a tájképfestészet érdekelt. Ma is szívesen festem képeim a szabadban ún. plein air stílusban.
Portréimra az egy ülésre megfestett "alla prima" technika jellemző, ami kizárja, hogy a festmény erőltetetten fotószerű, úgymond kinyalt legyen.

 Az utóbbi időben kifejezetten emberi és főleg kutyás portrék festésével foglalkozom.

Ennyi év távlatából ma már szerénytelenség nélkül mondhatom, hogy festményeim megtalálhatóak a világ számos országában Ausztriától, Montenegron át egészen Amerikáig.

Imádok utazni, kedvenc városom Nashville, Tennessee, mivel szabadidőmben country zenét játszom és hallgatok.

  I was born 4367 miles away from New York City in a small town in Hungary, in Eastern Europe. When I graduated from the university in 1976, I started to work as a teacher of fine art.
  At the beginning I  prefered painting landscapes plein air (a French technique).

 Nowdays I mostly paint human and pet portraits. You can find my artworks in many countries, from Austria to the United States, where I have some good friends.
My favorite town in the United States is Nashville, Tennessee, because in my free time I play the five string banjo and Telecaster country guitar.
My family and I visited Nashville a couple of times and I left my heart there. I still miss the smell of Broadway's honkytonks.
