Born on 22.06.1962 in Razgrad, Bulgaria. Graduates from the University of Veliko Tarnovo "St.
Cyril and St. Methodius" with a specialty in "Painting" by Prof. Nikolay Rustchukliev.
Defends his master thesis "Humanism - A New Territory in Abstract Art" under the supervision of Assoc.
Prof. Gerasim Stoilov. Until 1999, he has taught Painting,
History of Art and Aesthetics in the High School of Fine Arts "Acad. Ananie Yavashov".
Awarded in 1996 for an overall highly-professional teaching
activity with the educational sign of honour "Neofit Rilski".
A member of the National Union of Bulgarian Artists - section "Painting".
Works in the fields of oil and acrylic paintings in an abstract-conceptual style with an enhanced plastic content,
graphics, graphic design and polygraphy.
In 1993 he creates printing press "Dobrev" and in 2004 - the publishing house "Dobrev Press".
Both the printing press and the publishing house deal with illustrations, publishing and printing activity.

After 1996 his professional obligations take him away from artistic appearances for more than 20 years.
In 2017, he participates in the "Common Exhibition of the Artists of Razgrad",
in 2018 - in the exhibition "Christmas Market" and in 2019 - "50 Anniversary
- National Union of the Bulgarian Artists - Razgrad", "About the Letters",
International Exhibition "Ludogorie" (2019, 2021). Currently,
he works on his painting projects "The Flowers Which Doesn't Smell", "Gardens of Love" and "Abstract Dreams"
