Lilian Rivera Segovia , chilena , casada y madre de dos hijos varones que son la inspiración de su pseudónimo SeRo ,
de quienes toma sus dos primeras letras de sus nombres (Sebastián y Rodrigo). Licenciada en Arte ,
mención Óleo ( 2017) Integró la Mesa de Educación ,
Arte y Cultura de la Región de Valparaíso (2018 - 2019). A su vez es Directora de Arte
y Cultura del Centro de Estudios Históricos Forenses de Chile ,
siendo designada para impartir capacitación dentro de la temática de un Diplomado que se dictó de manera presencial
en las Ilustrísimas Cortes de Apelaciones de Arequipa y el Cusco , Perú año (2019) y hasta la fecha en forma virtual (2020-21)
Completó su serie de Obras únicas al óleo en estilo Cubista "Guerreras" expuestas en exposiciones individuales
en Corporación Cultural de Viña del mar ,
Congreso Nacional de Chile y en Exposiciones virtuales Nacionales e Internacionales , además de Prensa , Radio y Televisión.
Actualmente vuelca el tiempo y esfuerzos en adquirir los conocimientos de las Instituciones
y Organizaciones que habitualmente integran las Galerías ,
actividades culturales relacionadas con Arte y Cultura y sobre todo sus proyectos personalizados . @seroarte

Lilian Rivera Segovia, Chilean, married and mother of two sons who are the inspiration for her pseudonym SeRo,
from whom she takes her first two letters of their names (Sebastián and Rodrigo). She graduated in Art,
