My Name is Steve. Pseudonym 'Color Commando- ?'.
I am an Autodidact artist based out of Los Angeles' NOHO arts district (Studio City) who has been producing visual imagery for many years with an impeccable line and stroke along with brilliance of color execution, to pat myself on the back.
I am a maniac, frustrated, angry, depressed in constant pain, a recluse and have devoted my life to visual art, developing my own techniques with many years of tenacity and patience in creating visual imagery on a daily basis.
Essentially I am a starving artist, unrecognized, just a drop in the world of art gluttony and posers seeking fame.
My passion is color and all its facets which is clearly demonstrated in my work.

I spend more time on my art than I do with anyone else, thats what makes me a great artist. I didnt say the greatest, so dont get your panties in a bunch, dont get jealous, get inspired. If you are jealous & inspired then I am doing something right.
My work is proudly displayed in galleries, business' and homes of private and public collectors.
I love doing portraiture yet I am adept at various schools of art and skilled at a vast array of mediums.

Extra Bio : I suffer daily from a chronic, inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune disease known as Ankylosing Spondylitis.
I rarely talk about it and have been suffering in silence for approximately 15 years now, at times the pain is so bad that I want to shoot myself in the head or jump off of a bulding.
Pain & me are one and have been for years, it definitely is a major facet in my creativity.
